George has over twenty five years of experience in fire alarm and security systems as a licensed technician performing inspections, service, commissioning, and project management. His background includes educational, healthcare, correctional and military installations. Many of these involved the integration of mass notification and other communications systems. George applies the integration of hardware and software to develop overall life safety system solution that meets needs of a facility in a seamless and intuitive manner.

What is something that colleagues and clients might not know about you?

I enjoy operating a Tucker groomer for the local snowmobile club during the winter months and spending time on the ocean during the summer.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Transforming a system design from two dimensions to a functioning system in in a finished building.

David strives to provide unique design solutions to fire and life safety challenges. With a background in fire protection and fire alarm contracting, David understands the design process, therefore he can provide clients with solutions that are both code-compliant and cost effective. He also uses his firefighting experience to develop NFPA 241 response plans for construction projects for use by local fire departments. David is eager to combine his past experiences with the opportunities that lie ahead at Code Red to aide in his overall development into a well-rounded, knowledgeable fire protection and life safety professional.

What do you love most about your job?

I take enjoyment knowing the design and overall knowledge we provide to our clients will have a direct impact on protecting the well-being of the public, first responders, and property.

Nick is a fire protection and life safety consultant who enjoys the collaborative nature of the fire protection engineering industry. As a young consultant, he takes advantage of all project opportunities to challenge himself to learn and to grow his subject matter expertise. Nick takes pride in his ability to adapt to and overcome new challenges that are presented to him while familiarizing himself with the fire protection engineering industry. He is involved with several services that Code Red Consultants offers such as construction fire safety, building and life safety code consulting, smoke control special inspections, NFPA 3/4 commissioning, and inspection of firestop and fire resistance joint systems.

What is something colleagues/clients might not know about you?

Nick played on the WPI Football team (2016-2019). He was part of the 2019 team, which had the best record in school history of 10-1.

A fire protection and life safety consultant, Kyle is motivated to provide solutions that meet client goals and exceed expectations. He is eager to learn about the fire protection field and enjoys the fast-paced and experienced environment that Code Red Consultants provides. Kyle is involved in a variety of Code Red Consultant’s professional service offerings, including fire suppression and alarm system design, smoke control special inspections, construction fire safety, and hazardous materials consulting.

What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy the dynamic atmosphere of the fire protection field, especially related to construction projects and new development.

As a Project Manager, Tyler excels at combining his education, firefighting experience, and on-the-job training to reach unique solutions to life safety challenges. Tyler has extensive experience in developing construction fire safety plans for new and existing buildings, helping work to meet client project goals while also maintaining life safety for building occupants and construction personnel. Tyler also specializes in the commissioning and integrated testing of life safety systems, including stair pressurization and atrium smoke control systems.

He can often be found on-site at key project milestones, helping to ensure the project meets its intended goals. Tyler takes pride in his work and is eager to use his skills and knowledge to help clients and develop project solutions to achieve overall life safety for all stakeholders.

What is something that colleagues and clients might not know about you?

I keep just as busy in my time off the clock as I do on it. In my free time, I am an Olympic weightlifting coach and competitor, Highland Games athlete, and Strongman athlete

Austin is a fire protection consultant driven to maintain public safety for every project and client. He enjoys working in an environment where there is a variety of projects that require different solutions.  Austin enjoys making an impact on the end result and working with colleagues that have a similar passion for protecting people. Austin is eager to use his skills and knowledge to help clients, and develop project solutions to achieve overall life safety for all stakeholders.

What is something that colleagues and clients might not know about you?

I love the outdoors, dabble in photography, and I was a downhill ski racer while enrolled at WPI.

Nick is a fire protection and life safety consultant who enjoys working with clients to find creative solutions to solve complex problems that meet the needs of all stakeholders. His professional experience includes firestopping special inspections, developing construction fire safety plans, and providing code consulting services for new and existing buildings. His project work includes healthcare, large assembly spaces, high-rise buildings, and mixed-use buildings. Nick finds it tremendously rewarding to work in a field where his efforts directly impact the safety of others in a positive way.

As a student athlete at Fairfield University, I played Division I lacrosse.

A passionate and focused fire protection and life safety consultant, Kevin is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that address the needs of all stakeholders involved in a project. He enjoys the work process of strategizing with the project team to develop innovative performance-based design solutions that meet unique code compliance challenges. He takes pride in his work and is dedicated to providing attentive and responsive client service. Kevin’s professional interests include construction fire safety, smoke control special inspections, fire alarm system design/review, and life safety.

What do you love most about your job?

Being hands-on in the field, interacting and meeting with clients and then collaborating with the project team to devise solutions to their challenges.

Joe enjoys assisting owners, architects, and contractors with developing an overall fire protection and life safety approach that optimizes building design to mitigate risk and loss of life and property. With that goal in mind, he specializes in third-party review of active and passive fire protection systems, including sprinkler and fire alarm/detection system designs and inspection of firestop and fire-resistant joint systems.

He is skilled at the evaluation of prescriptive-based compliance with local, state, and federal codes as well as the development of performance-based alternative approaches for unique fire protection and life safety situations. Joe’s deep knowledge of applicable fire protection and life safety codes allow him to develop novel approaches that meet the needs of clients. His portfolio includes projects for higher education, transportation facilities including airports, large assembly spaces, healthcare, high-rise buildings, hazardous materials, and mixed-use buildings.
