He excels at collaborating with clients and Authorities Having Jurisdiction to engineer resolutions for complex fire protection and life safety issues.

Maxwell’s portfolio includes projects for college and university buildings, athletic facilities, high-rise office and residential buildings, laboratories, shopping malls, and other mixed-use buildings. Prior to joining Code Red Consultants, he worked as a fire protection engineer with The 3M Company, serving on a cross-functional team developing, testing, and applying active and passive fire protection products.

I enjoy the fast pace and constant variability of being a professional fire protection engineer and life safety consultant. I learn something new every day.
