Chad is an accomplished fire protection and life safety engineer with over a decade of experience providing client-driven consulting services. He is skilled at negotiating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to present alternative means and methods for achieving code compliance, and collaborating with clients to offer solutions satisfactory to all stakeholders. Chad is proficient at developing in-depth, visual egress simulations for various facility types including high-rise and large assembly buildings. His portfolio includes projects for healthcare, higher education, transportation facilities, high-rise buildings, large assembly spaces, and mixed-use buildings, storage warehouses, military installations, and government-owned facilities.

Committed to client satisfaction, Chad stays involved with his projects from design assistance and construction operations planning to the commissioning of fire alarm and smoke control systems. He enjoys – and excels at – the fast-paced environment of consulting and the ability to work on a variety of projects from different angles. His professional interests include designing fire alarm and protection systems, commissioning smoke control systems, and developing construction fire safety plans.

I am an avid snowboarder.
