What do you love most about your job?

I love the variety day-to-day. From being in the office fixated on solving complicated code challenges, to collaborating with design teams and code officials, to being on building sites performing inspections – no projects or days are the same. This variety inspires me to learn new facets of our job every day, which fosters growth both personally and professionally. For me, constantly learning and growing are true qualities of a great job. The fact that we are also making the world a safer place is just icing on the cake!
