Principal, Sr Project Mgr

Caitlin brings more than a fifteen years of experience performing fire protection, life safety and accessibility code analysis, developing code compliance strategies, and devising alternative solutions for complex code compliance issues. Her consulting work has involved architectural and engineering design document compliance reviews, existing building condition assessments, fire protection system testing and commissioning, third-party reviews for fire sprinkler and alarm shop drawing submittals, and alternative compliance/variance documentation and presentations. During the construction process, she conducts site inspections to confirm that construction is in accordance with both the project documents and applicable codes. Clients and Authorities Having Jurisdiction value the clear, concise and timely way she delivers technical information.

Working on a wide range of issues and project types, Caitlin enjoys that every day of her job is different and each project brings new and interesting challenges. She understands the importance of her clients’ project goals and strives to exceed their expectations. She has worked on projects involving high-rise residential buildings, mixed-use developments, hotels, academic buildings, hospitals, office buildings, and large tenant fit-outs. Caitlin has particular interest in accessibility compliance, residential wood construction, and existing building renovations.
