Code Red Consultants teamed in conjunction with Phoenix Property Company, HP Boston Partners, and Suffolk Construction on the new Massport Parcel K Development. The project revitalized the far end of the Seaport headed into the Raymond J. Flynn Marine Industrial park. The development includes a hotel and residential tower, above a two-story podium containing exterior gathering, retail, and restaurant spaces for both tenants and the general public. Code Red worked with Suffolk to develop and implement a complex NFPA 241 Construction Fire Safety Plan to meet an aggressive project schedule while maintaining the necessary levels of safety for building constructors. In addition, Code Red served as the special inspector to commission the smoke control systems within each tower.
