Code Red Consultants assisted CUBE 3 Studio in designing Imprint Apartments, a brand-new 6-story residential building in Dorchester, MA, featuring sophisticated modern units, a fitness center, community recreation areas, and more. Imprint boasts over 51,000 SF in footprint area totaling around 235,000 SF in aggregate area with over 200 residential units. Code Red Consultants assisted in life safety, fire protection, and accessibility code consulting. The team also aided with obtaining a Flammable Liquid Storage License for the parking garage and Place of Assembly permits. Other collaborators included general contractor, D.F. Pray, and owner and developer, The Michaels Organization.
