Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, CA, ArentFox Schiff Law Firm relocated its Los Angeles office to the 43rd floor of the 555 South Flower Street high-rise building. The 27,280-square-foot tenant improvement project features private offices, a large boardroom, multiple meeting rooms, a war room, a podcast studio, a kitchenette, and a flexible interior lounge that opens to an outdoor deck via a bi-folding wall, transforming the space into a seamless indoor/outdoor assembly area.

Code Red Consultants provided fire protection, life safety, and accessibility code consulting services for this new office space, designed by Donaldson + Partners. Our scope included drawing reviews, coordination with the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and Fire Department officials, responses to plan check comments, and ongoing support during construction administration.
