This summer, Code Red Consultants brought employees, friends, and family together for a memorable evening at a New England Revolution game at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. With 140 guests in attendance, the night was filled with plenty to enjoy, including stadium tours, refreshments, arts and crafts, a mascot meet and greet, and an ice cream bar at halftime. Before and throughout the game, kids played cornhole, tossed a football around, and took part in a Velcro ball-catching game, while employees and families had plenty of time to mingle, catch up, and enjoy the evening together. The evening wrapped up with a post-game player meet-and-greet, giving everyone a chance to make the most of the experience together. While the game was the centerpiece of the evening, the real highlight was having our CRC team, along with the people who support them outside of work, all in one place. Our Family First culture is about more than just what happens during the workday. It is about getting to know one another, making time to connect, and creating opportunities for our employees and their families to feel like part of the CRC community.
