With an academic background in Civil Engineering, Taylor brings a strong understanding of the construction process from the ground up. She joined Code Red Consultants full-time after completing a successful internship and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Fire Protection Engineering. Her technical foundation and on-site experience make her a valuable asset to the field team, where she actively supports projects involving NFPA 241 compliance and NFPA 4/ITCx commissioning.
She enjoys being immersed in the field side of the business, connecting directly with clients, contractors, and project teams to solve challenges in real time. Her passion lies in understanding how buildings are constructed and ensuring life safety systems are seamlessly integrated throughout each phase. By combining her civil engineering background with hands-on field work and growing fire protection expertise, she plays a key role in delivering Code Red’s high safety and service standards on every project.
What is something that colleagues and clients might not know about you?
I grew up riding horses, which was a huge part of my childhood. My family always had a lot of animals, and even at one point, we had mini donkeys!
