The building owner of the 38-story Park Avenue Tower took a proactive approach to maintaining compliance with construction-related fire protection and life safety codes and standards. The client engaged Code Red Consultants to develop a NFPA 241 Construction Fire Safety Building Master Program for building management to have in place to facilitate future projects to the tower. Code Red Consultants also provided training to the building management team who would ultimately be implementing and enforcing the plan.
