Code Red Consultants worked closely with Davis, John Moriarty Associates (JMA), and Shawmut Design & Construction (Shawmut) on the new Omni Boston Hotel at The Seaport development project in Boston, Massachusetts. The project consists of two 22 story hotel towers connected by five (5) stories of podium space which includes Ballrooms, Pre-function, and Conference space, seven (7) unique food and beverage experiences and a spa.

Code Red Consultants collaborated with ownership and the GC’s in developing and implementing a complex NFPA 241, Construction Fire Safety Plan for the project, including its coordination between the main hotel construction performed by JMA and the two-specialty restaurant fit-outs constructed by Shawmut.
