Code Red Consultants partnered with KTGY and the Pinkard Group to transform an unused office building into an elegant residential development in Alexandria, VA. This extensive project involved a complete renovation, occupancy change, and the addition of a new wing and penthouse level. Upon completion, the building will feature 136 residential units and an exclusive penthouse with luxurious amenities, including indoor communal spaces and a rooftop deck for residents to enjoy.
As the project’s code consultant, Code Red Consultants developed and presented the code compliance strategy to the City of Alexandria. In collaboration with KTGY, we provided comprehensive building, fire, and accessibility code consulting services. The project is slated for permit submission in summer 2025, with construction expected to extend into Q2 2027, under the direction of Davis Construction as the general contractor.
