Congratulations to Jen Hoyt! The Manuel Carballo Governor’s Award for Excellence in Public Service is presented to Commonwealth employees who “selflessly personify a deep commitment to serving the people of the Commonwealth and exemplify the highest standards of public service”. We are excited to congratulate our very own Jennifer Hoyt, P.E. as a 2023 award recipient earned through her involvement in the Cottages at Shattuck temporary housing project while she was the Chief Fire Protection Engineer at the Department of Fire Services.
