It was a perfect 10! As part of our 10th Anniversary last year, we were thrilled to welcome 10 talented summer interns. They embarked on enriching opportunities focused on career development, personal growth, and networking.
Throughout the program, our interns engaged in hands-on experiences like on-site inspections, report writing, and specialized training sessions led by our skilled engineers. They also participated in team-building events designed to foster collaboration and create an environment that supported both professional and personal growth.
As part of the program, a group of our staff members led the interns on a tour of a construction site in Cambridge, MA, offering a firsthand glimpse into how Code Red Consultants played a crucial role in various stages of a construction project.
