The Sudbury, a luxury apartment/condominium residential tower, is the first of three major towers to be built as part of the redeveloped Government Center Garage, (aka Bulfinch Crossing / One Congress). Code Red Consultants worked closely with AECOM/Tishman throughout construction to navigate several fire protection and life safety inspection and approval processes with Boston Inspectional Services Department (ISD) and the Fire Department (BFD) to help complete a premium luxury residential high-rise.

Code Red Consultants was responsible for developing and assisting in the implementation the Phased Occupancy Plan to facilitate the project delivery in five separate turns (TCOs). Beyond development of the plan itself, this effort also included development of a fire alarm permitting strategy, impairment plans, and site support during Boston ISD and BFD inspections and walkthroughs for successful project completion.
