Code Red Consultants is seeking a full-time Revit/AutoCAD Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating technical drawings and designs using Revit/AutoCAD software to support engineering and architectural projects. The candidate will work closely with the engineering and design teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of project deliverables.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES
- Create and modify detailed 2D and drawings and 3D models using Revit/AutoCAD software.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate interpretation of design requirements and specifications.
- Review and update existing drawings and designs to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks upon completed drawings and designs to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawing composition.
- Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot and resolve modeling and drafting approaches.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure that all drawings and designs are properly archived and organized.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to project teams and management.
- Stay up to date with advancements in Revit/AutoCAD software and technology.
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred, but not required.
- 2+ years of experience using Revit/AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D design principles and practices.
- Familiarity with engineering and architectural terminology and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional certification in Revit/AutoCAD software.
- Experience working on engineering or architectural projects.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.

Shift: 40-hour work week, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00PM
